So Freo is the creative and culinary work of Alex & Fanny.

Our business is environmentally conscious, we source our organic ingredients locally, our packaging is printed in Perth on RECYCLED PAPER with VEGETABLE INKS by a local printer the Environmental Printing Company and the vacuum pack is a fully COMPOSTABLE pack, produced by the Econic.

"I studied culinary art in France and experienced some of the best food the world has to offer, including the life-changing opportunity to work in a Vegan and Raw kitchen. After a decade as a travelling Chef, I settled in beautiful Fremantle six years ago.
Being an outdoor and adventure enthusiast with a passion for food, I always bake a “Veggie Paté” to take on hikes with my mates. Over the years it has become too good not to share it with you!

"After travelling around Australia for 2 years, I met Alex in the beautiful region of Margaret River, we travelled and hiked together for a year, sharing food, ideas and values!
Back to Fremantle, we found an amazing community where we could experiment and live according to these values: being responsible and conscious regarding our planet, our people and our food!
I just graduated with web development diploma and with my background in graphic design, we were ready to launch our project: So Freo.
